Update October 22, 2019
WAYB has expanded the recall to include Pico Travel Car Seats manufactured between Feb 1st 2019 and Aug 23rd 2019.
The Issue
WAYB has issued a recall for their Pico. The aluminum tubular frame on the Pico’s headrest can break, allowing the headrest to detach.
The Fix
WAYB will replace their Pico headrests with an updated design, free of charge. The replacement is not yet available. You can contact their customer service at 1-888-924-9292.

Summary
ForB dba WAYB (WAYB) is recalling certain WAYB Pico child restraints manufactured between March 1, 2019 and May 12, 2019. The headrest’s aluminum tubular frame can break allowing the headrest to detach.
Remedy
The manufacturer is still developing a plan to replace the headrests on the affected seats, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin September 30, 2019. Owners may contact WAYB customer service at 1-888-924-9292.
