When Cosco invited Car Seats for the Littles to their Scenera NEXT launch party, I was ecstatic! When I was chosen to go, I screamed. Literally. I called my husband and screeched, CRASH TESTS! I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than in a car seat plant that produces close to one million car seats a year.

2014 IIHS Booster Ratings

We would like to take this time to introduce the newest members of the CSFTL family.

These awesome additions were provided by Huggable Images, a company that makes safety training dolls and custom huggables. Huggable Images has given us the opportunity to take their dolls for a test drive and see what we think. You’ll be seeing these dolls in our reviews down the road to fill in the gaps where we don’t have children the correct age/size to fit the seat we’re reviewing. Today we’ll be looking at these dolls on their own to see how they stack up to real life children.

Cosco Scenera Review

*This seat has been replaced with the Cosco Scenera NEXT* The Cosco Scenera is a back to the basics, no frills, convertible car seat. It’s a plastic shell with a fabric cover, and there really isn’t much else to it. But the beauty of this seat is that for $39, it will fit the average 0-3 year old child, and it meets all the same safety standards as a $300 convertible seat does.
