Britax has issued a recall for chest clips for affected seats made between November 1, 2015 and May 31, 2017. The center button for the chest clip may break off, causing a potential choking hazard. Britax will send out a new chest clip with instructions on how to replace it.
Britax has made the Parkway booster for a while now, but in 2013, it got a makeover. This Parkway model, the SG-L, comes equipped with lower anchor connectors which secure it to the vehicle.It has extra foam and padding; some added touches that might make it perfect for some families.

Parents want to keep their kids safe, and as CPSTs it’s our job to help them do just that. Parents often ask us to point them to the safest seat on the market. There’s no simple answer to that question: the safest seat is the one that fits your child, fits your car, and that you use correctly every time. Age, height, and weight all matter when choosing a seat that fits your little. Research shows that children under age 2, no matter their size, should be in rear facing seats, and older children need boosters until they pass the 5 step test.
This is an updated, and upgraded, version of the Britax B-Safe. Many of the features on this new B-Safe 35 Elite version are new, and some are improved. Today, Britax announced a recall of select Advocate ClickTight, Marathon ClickTight, and Boulevard ClickTight seats. The recall is for seats manufactured between August 1, 2014 and July 29, 2015. This affects seats in the United States and Canada.
When the Britax ClickTight Convertible car seats — Marathon ClickTight, Boulevard ClickTight, and Advocate ClickTight — were introduced, they were completely different from most car seats on the market.
