Evenflo’s statement:
Affected models begin with model number CS26021 and were sold in the United States and Canada between March 2025 and the present. This recall does NOT affect any other Evenflo car seat, including the Revolve180™, Revolve360™, Revolve360™ Extend, or Revolve360™ Slim modelsDuring testing in the forward-facing configuration, we determined that when the headrest is adjusted to its two highest positions (positions 10 and 11 in forward-facing mode and position 11 in rear-facing mode), the headrest may change position under certain conditions. This condition does not affect the safety of the car seat when the headrest is adjusted to positions 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode and positions 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode. No injuries have been reported related to this condition.
We are working to implement a remedy as quickly as possible. Until the remedy is available, parents and caregivers may continue using affected REO™ car seats when the headrest is adjusted to positions 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode or positions 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode. We will notify registered owners as soon as the free remedy is available and provide instructions for obtaining it.

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Reo by Revolve360 child seats in color variants Nantucket, Danvers, Chelsea, Holden, Brookline, and Lenox. Please refer to Evenflo’s recall report for the specific models. In certain rear or forward-facing positions, the headrest may shift position during a crash. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”
Remedy
The remedy for this recall is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed August 17, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.
