Harmony has issued a recall for their Big Boost Deluxe booster seat due to the possibility of excessive force on the child’s chest in the event of a crash.
This recall applies to Canada only. UPPAbaby has issued a recall for incorrect handle position on labeling for affected Mesa car seats made between October 17 to March 21, 2017. The handle should only be positioned in the front position (one position forward from the carry position) in the vehicle. UppaBaby will provide corrected labels
Diono has issued a recall for some Radian, Olympia, Pacifica, and Rainier car seats made between 2013 and 2017. When installed with the lap belt only these seats may not perform properly in a crash.
Britax has issued a recall for chest clips for affected seats made between November 1, 2015 and May 31, 2017. The center button for the chest clip may break off, causing a potential choking hazard. Britax will send out a new chest clip with instructions on how to replace it.

A recall due to inadequate webbing has been issued for certain Graco MyRide car seats manufactured in the summer of 2014. Seats affected were only made during the date range listed in the link. This recall applies to seats from the US and Canada.

On February 3, 2107, Transport Canada released a Public Notice about installing the Clek Foonf convertible car seat with a lap only vehicle seat belt and top tether.
Transport Canada and Orbit Baby, Inc. are informing the public that G3 Infant Car Seats made between December 2013 and December 2016 do not comply with the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations. Specifically, these infant car seats do not meet the dynamic testing requirements when used without the base. These seats also do not conform to the prescribed label permanency requirements.
